Refund Policy
1. General rule
- Paid articles are digital content, unlocked and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because content cannot be "returned" once read, paid articles are generally non-refundable. Every paid article shows its price before payment and offers a free preview of its opening — please purchase only after confirming.
- Tips are voluntary gifts with no goods or services in return and are non-refundable.
- Annual Pass: takes effect immediately upon payment and is generally non-refundable; the exceptions below apply equally to the pass. It is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal, so there is no subscription to cancel.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund, after verification, in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same article;
- Failed delivery: payment succeeded but the content would not unlock, and we could not restore your access within 48 hours;
- Unauthorized transaction: a payment made with your payment instrument without your authorization (reasonable verification may be required).
3. How to request
Email contact@fncuthdert.com within 7 days of the transaction, including: your Stripe receipt (or its transaction ID), the payment time and amount, and a description of the problem. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Method and timing
Approved refunds are always returned via Stripe to the original payment method, typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
5. Disputes
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first at the email above — most issues can be resolved directly, and usually faster than a chargeback through your card issuer.
